Who needs to pay the shipping cost?

• For defective products. This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. You do not need to pay anything. We will cover the shipping cost.
• For customer remorse. This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item. You need to pay the shopping cost.

How soon will you get the refund?

We will send a refund via Paypal or Wire Transfer in 3 working days, when we get the products and the product is eligible for a refund.
